A huge thank you for your time to visit me yesterday and to advise the results of the Free Website Audit for my online business. It's certainly a pretty comprehensive overview with honest feedback and recommendations. I have a lot of work to do to come up to speed now!

Since I started in February this year I've had to hit the ground running and learn as much as I can about how to develop a website, market and advertise it. It's been a huge undertaking and sometimes quite overwhelming as I had no prior experience to draw on BUT I love the challenge of trying something different from the injury prevention sector!

I'm grateful to Zeald as I attended one of the free seminars last week on Website Persuasion - and now this audit. Well done Zeald for your commitment and support to the business community; particularly for sole traders like myself. Why are companies being forced by banks out of accepting online credit card transactions?

The issue credit and debit cards with the pitch that they can be used online then they turn around and stop you and your clients from processing card payments - what's going on?

Don't tell me it's due to security - we still have online banking and transaction facilities - the "security" answer is a load of rubbish.
