We had Cheryl over for our website review and would like to say wow - she certainly came armed with good suggestions/criticism for improving the management of our website. Bill and I both thought she had a lot more confidence and understanding of 'how to - what to' with the overall website formatting.

IT IS ONE THING TO TALK ABOUT WHAT IS POSSIBLE BUT ANOTHER TO PRODUCE THE DESIRED RESULTS....

WE HAVE BEEN WORKING DAY & NIGHT FOR OVER A MONTH TO PRODUCE A ZEALD WEBSITE FOR OURSELVES - IT HAS BEEN AN UNCOMFORTABLE STEP OUTSIDE OF OUR COMFORT ZONE INTO HYPERSPACE.
IT SEEMS WE ARE PAYING TO CREATE OUR OWN SITE AND WILL BE PAYING MONTHLY TO HAVE IT HOSTED & OPTIMISED

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW "WHO" IS THE PERSON TO TALK TO AT ZEALD TO GET THE RESULTS WE HAVE BEEN SOLD ON.

I totally agree with your Geoff - I had NO idea that I was to "create" much of my website BUT in saying that it was a HUGE learning curve but now I am very comfortable with making changes - the Zeald people are always on the other line to help - stick with it and you'll get there. My issues are now with the cost of hosting the website

Hi Kathy.....I agree it can be a huge learning curve. The great thing is that now you don't have to come back to Zeald every time you want to make a change.
The monthly service fee is not a hosting fee. Your monthly service fee helps to pay for Support, R&D, and hosting. Here are some details:
