The world, as we all knew it, ended in March 2020.  Covid-19 is not going to be gone in a few weeks, or a few months.  The world is never going to be the same.  The world has changed forever.  For SME businesses the key question is now, "How do I rapidly and radically transform my business and adapt, evolve and survive in this new market environment?".  This is what we do.

We are NZ's largest and most experienced website design and digital transformation agency.  We specialise in rapid and radical digital evolution and have helped over 15,000 SME businesses both survive and thrive.

A Brief History

Zeald was formed in 2001 by three young guys from the small New Zealand town of Mangawhai Heads. They had virtually no money but a seemingly unlimited supply of grit, determination and a willingness to do whatever it took to adapt, evolve and survive.

Zeald is now the largest website design and digital transformation agency for small to medium sized business in New Zealand and has clients throughout both New Zealand & Australia.

We provide a complete ‘start to finish’ solution that takes the business owner through every key step required to build a website that generates amazing amounts of new business.

Using this comprehensive approach for delivering a highly successful website has seen us grow into one of the biggest website design and digital marketing companies in the New Zealand market today. In addition to assisting businesses to establish a highly successful website, we also assist in establishing other forms of digital marketing, including conversion rate optimisation, email campaigns, search engine optimisation, performance-based advertising and social media marketing. Through our ‘Website Audit’ services, we also help many organisations pinpoint what is stopping their website from generating excellent results online.

Our Courtesy System

“Politeness is the oil of the wheels of society. It is even more important between people who work together regularly than strangers.” -- Dr Paddy Lund

Integrity and respect are incredibly important parts of the culture of Zeald. Right from the company’s inception, we have looked to develop a system of courtesy; a set of rules that we follow as a team to ensure that our work environment is as happy and enjoyable as is possible. We don't always get it right.  But we do try really hard!

We follow this system of courtesy not only with each other but also with anyone who is associated with Zeald; including our clients. We also ask that our clients follow this system of courtesy when dealing with us.

At Zeald, we have four rules of courtesy that we follow. They are as follows:

  1. Be accountable - always completely fulfil your area of responsibility.  Don’t force other people to do your job as well as their own!
  2. When you talk about a person who is not present, speak as if they are listening to your conversation.
  3. If you have a problem with someone, deal with it maturely by speaking directly with them about it rather than speaking with others behind their back.
  4. Apologise if you have spoken or acted inappropriately.

“When people are polite to us we feel a warmth towards them and we feel increasingly good about ourselves.” -- Dr Paddy Lund
