The Auckland Plastic Surgical Centre surgeons Martin Rees and Tristan de Chalain are two of New Zealand’s most experienced and comprehensively trained Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic surgeons, having between them over fifty years experience and numerous awards in their specialty. Dealing with everything from complex facial restoration to skin cancer treatment and free reconstructive treatment to underprivileged children. 

THE CHALLENGE

WHY AUCKLAND PLASTIC SURGICAL CENTRE CAME TO ZEALD

The Auckland Plastic Surgical Centre's website and digital marketing had been looked after by another advertising agency. Martin and Tristan had spent large amounts of money with them but seeing very little return on investment.  The previous agency gave little interaction and limited updates. The AdWords campaign was failing and chewing up a huge amount of budget. 

The surgeons wanted to improve the look and feel of their website, to portray the medical expertise and professionalism they practise at the centres throughout New Zealand. They needed to attract more of the right customer in order to generate more leads and subsequently see a positive return on their investment. Zeald had to increase their organic traffic by improving their Search Engine Optimisation and Content Building. In order to attract more customers, valuable information was made available to Internet users while they were searching the web for plastic surgery.
